Solo Raid 39: Island Eater teams for lazy dad gamers
We are at a point in NIKKE where there are plenty of options and team compositions to run on raids, so feel free to use this as a reference for your own teams.
About Island Eater
There are no specific mechanics in this boss that are hard or too complicated, but you cannot fully auto sadly since he is constantly throwing stuff at you.
- Make sure you have an Iron unit for the elemental QTE
- Make sure you complete every non-elemental QTE to avoid getting units one-shot
- Black ball projectiles hurt quite a bit, make sure to destroy them
- Depending on your level and investment you might have to cover to avoid getting killed by the projectile barrages
- If you have healers or units like
Crown
Crown
you can skip the massive AoE wave attack, but for most teams you will have to cover
Crown team
Staple
Crown
Crown
and
Anis: Star
Anis: Star
team where we run
Privaty
Privaty
as a buffer.
For this raid we are actually using
Naga
Naga
since the core is always up, making her a great choice not only to buff damage, but also proc skill 2 on
Crown
Crown
and take advantage of her kit.
Our main damage dealer here is
Rapi: Red Hood
Rapi: Red Hood
since she can take advantage of all the buffs the team provides, including
Anis: Star
Anis: Star
projectile explosion.
This team can ignore most mechanics, as long as the shield on
Crown
Crown
is up.
Maids team
Make sure you burst first with
Mast: Romantic Maid
Mast: Romantic Maid
always to properly take advantage of the maid kits.
(also) Make sure you are controlling
Little Mermaid
Little Mermaid
since her focused fire is fantastic and comfy for casual players.
If you lack burst generation you could manual
Anchor: Innocent Maid
Anchor: Innocent Maid
, but considering there’s double machine gun there should be no problem thanks to
Little Mermaid
Little Mermaid
kit interaction.
We run
EVE
EVE
as a debuffer on this team to fully buff our new waifu
Cinderella: Crystal Wave
Cinderella: Crystal Wave
.
Comfy team but you cannot ignore all mechanics, pay attention to projectiles.
Limited 🥀 team
Expensive team since we running a few limited units and pilgrims, but really good damage output.
Please make sure your
Raven
Raven
is getting the buff from
Liberalio
Liberalio
, if not damage goes down quite a bit.
Thanks to
Moran
Moran
damage reduction and
Nayuta
Nayuta
heals you can ignore most of the mechanics on this team, but be careful with projectiles.
Miranda crit team
Miranda
Miranda
favorite item is really good on teams where you can take advantage of crit, like it’s the case for
Marciana: Marine Study
Marciana: Marine Study
nuke.
This team usually is
Snow White
Snow White
, but I don’t have her invested so this is what I run.
Helm
Helm
provides us with heals, and
Helm: Aquamarine
Helm: Aquamarine
is one of the strongest iron debuffers.
Helm
Helm
heals are strong but depending on investment might not be enough, this team can have issues surviving.
Idols (and leftovers)
The leftovers team. We run both idols here for sustain and buffs with
Liter
Liter
as our CDR unit.
Make sure you burst first once with
Prika
Prika
, then forever with
Mint
Mint
.
Red Hood
Red Hood
can be replaced with any other neutral DPS and your damage might be even better honestly, depends on investment.
Comfy team but you cannot ignore all mechanics, pay attention to projectiles.
