Cube: We only care about her shooting more to maintain her buffs, Resilience cube above anything else since she's a pretty slow girl (2 second reload).

OL Gear: Priority for max ammo capacity. Outisde of that, you can focus on charge speed and offensive stats if you get lucky with Elemental DMG and ATK.

Pros & Cons

Pretty cheap buffer to build that works everywhere thanks to her burst giving 55% (at level 10) Attack Damage
Becomes one of the strongest pierce buffers in the game if you can maintain her minimum effective range increased with stacks on skill 1 + burst

On some stages you might need to manual her to properly apply Pierce buffs depending on how far the enemies are and how many stacks she has
Even with investment her own personal damage is not that good compared to similar pierce buffers that can act as sub DPS (Eunhwa, Grave, Mari, etc.)
Skill 1 scaling is pretty awful (11% at level 4, 15% at level 10) so unless you get dupes for her it's a skill that's not worth investing into
