Before you spend
AFK type games are a sinkhole for players to throw money in hopes of progressing at a constant rate. The games themselves are designed to go exactly against that so that money is consistently flowing for them.
This guide is solely for the purpose to tell you what packs and or “deals” are actually worth your money for what you are getting back.
If you aren’t sure whether it’s worth spending money, then this guide probably won’t be for you. However, this guide can help you decide if you want to take the next step into getting packages that will be a benefit to you if you are a light spender.
We’ll talk only about packs worth for light spenders since that is where we are sitting in terms of spending ourselves.
Beginner packs

will carry any account without problems since she will act both as a healer and DPS, having also really good AoE clear.
There are some extra packs for completing chapters which tend to be quite good in terms of pull per dollar, but those just depends how much you want to spend.
Monthly cards
Like most gacha games, the monthly cards are the best thing to buy consistently and in Lost Sword they also provide some QoL.
You can stack up to 6 of each, since that is also a good way of getting Leon (premium currency) when you need for skins or other packs.
Growth packs
New players will also unlock Growth packs as they push through the story of the game.

Valuable currency that is hard to obtain in the continent. Used for summoning and purchasing various items.

Season passes
The usual battle pass, mission pass or whatever naming convention you are used to.
A good amount of pulls AND resources for the price. We get a new one every month basically.
Memorial pick
The gacha skins of Lost Sword.
Funny enough, since the game doesn’t really have good packs, this is one of the best ones in terms of pulls, resources AND also giving you a new skin with a custom lobby.
Assuming you have to go all the way to get the skin, the whole thing will cost you about $35-40.
Event packs
I’m gonna be 100% honest, there is no other pack in the game worth after what we talked above.
Everything either goes out of the “light spending” territory or simply put, has no good resources in the pack to justify the purchase.
The only other pack I do get sometimes is the event pack for 800 Leon which you can buy up to 5 times.
