
ATK% = Crit Damage% > Ignore Damage Reduction%
- Everything in this game benefits from ATK%. Your damage and even your heals scale with it
- Crit Damage% is important only if you can get a high crit chance (>50%)
- Ignore Damage Reduction% is used for bosses at endgame to bypass their innate damage reduction
Developers keep adding more and more gear that gives crit chance, so Crit Damage% is becoming more and more important over time.

Block Chance Increase% > Defense% > Critical Resistance Increase%
- Block% is the only stat that usually matters endgame. You can make a case for Defense% too depending on the stage and boss
- We get enough Critical Resistance Increase% from gear nowadays so it’s become way less important as substat

For trinkets main stats are more important than special stats.
When it comes to special stats, anything with % (pretty sure you can only get HP in the case of trinkets).
The important part is the special stats depending on the item. As a general reference:
- Damage dealers: you want Crit Chance%, Crit Damage% and/or ATK%. Good item example:
