How to farm Chaos Cubes

About cubes

Chaos Cubes are a one of the power systems in Lost Sword that give you flat stats to all the characters in your account. There are three different cubes at the moment:

Rare Cube Rare Cube Description Cube obtained from dismantling rare equipment. Used for Chaos Cube upgrades. Sources Equipment dismantling : you can obtain them by dismantling blue gear
Heroic Cube Heroic Cube Description Cube obtained from dismantling heroic equipment. Used for Chaos Cube upgrades. Sources Equipment dismantling : you can obtain them by dismantling purple gear
Legendary Cube Legendary Cube Description Cube obtained from dismantling legendary equipment. Used for Chaos Cube upgrades. Sources Equipment dismantling : you can obtain them by dismantling gold gear

Max level of the cubes is updated every couple months so it’s a good idea to save blue and purple ones so you can instantly max them out when developers increase the cap.

What about crafting?

You can “upcraft” cubes from one rarity to the next one at a ratio of 5:1.

It’s not really recommended to use this system a lot until you max out at least the blue cube.

Farming cubes is about how fast you can kill waves of enemies and not bosses.

The best way of farming cubes it’s using Stonehenge stage 3, since you can quickly dispatch all the enemies and just auto dismantle the gear into Rare Cube Rare Cube Description Cube obtained from dismantling rare equipment. The reason we use stage 3 instead of a higher one is simply because the rate of drops on normal enemies it’s the same at stage 3 or stage 7.

Assuming you already have your rare cube maxed out, that is a lot of extra levels you can craft for the heroic one.

If you are low level, do not run only one/two units in your team here since you will die. Run a normal team that can clear the waves fast enough.

If you can’t clear waves fast enough, is not worth farming yet, save your Golden Compass: Stonehenge Golden Compass: Stonehenge Description A magical compass that can charge Stonehenge's time. for now and just do your 10 daily minutes.

When do I unlock Ancient Cubes?

Starting chapter 52 and Stonehenge F11 gear item level 201+ will drop, which after dismantled it’s used to enhance Ancient Cubes.

Ancient Cubes have different stats than the normal ones, but the priority remains the same. Rare > Heroic > Legendary.

After you unlock this new gear (item level 201+), there is no reason to farm anything else since this is way better.

You can convert via crafting this new cubes 5:1 into normal cubes, making it a lot easier to finish the normal cubes (including the Legendary one).

About latency

Funny enough, the closer you are to the server, the more resources you get while AFK farming in Stonehenge.

This difference is quite big and it’s recommended you use a ping booster to point towards the closest location (based on your server).

A VPN can help with this too if you already pay for one.
