Everything I recommend in this guide is with 
Gold Gold Description The basic currency of Britannia. It is made of gold, and is thus used as the common currency everywhere. Sources AdventureQuestSell and in-game resources, NEVER spend 
Diamond Diamond Description Valuable currency that is hard to obtain in the continent. Used for summoning and purchasing various items. Sources AchievementStage Clear on any of the shops unless you are a spender or trying to min-max.

Boss Summon Ticket: Stonehenge Boss Summon Ticket: Stonehenge Description When used at Stonehenge, the Stonehenge boss is summoned. (x5)
Golden Compass: Stonehenge Golden Compass: Stonehenge Description A magical compass that can charge Stonehenge's time.
Gold Ticket Gold Ticket Description Ticket required to enter the Gold Dungeon. and 
Purple Ticket Purple Ticket Description Ticket required to enter the XP Dungeon.
Basic Book of Experience Basic Book of Experience Description Character level-up material. Sources AdventureXP Dungeon (x1,000)
Raid shop
Dragon Treasure Box Dragon Treasure Box Description Grants random pieces of Dragon equipment. (anytime you have 100 Dragon Tooth)

Mystic Stone Mystic Stone Description Currency used for unlocking character specialties (x5)
Regular Refining Stone Regular Refining Stone Description A refining stone used for refining equipment. When used as a refining material, it increases the value by a random value between 1 and 10, with equal probability. Sources CraftExchange ShopParty Dungeon (x3)

The crafting stones are a must-buy ( 
Radiant Stone Radiant Stone Description A crafting material that can be purchased with Raid Coins. Sources Exchange ShopRaid Shop ) and will impact what other items you can get since they cost 10,000. You unlock these crafting pieces after chapter 27.
I personally skip the character and pet summons unless I have extra currency, since the souls you get are not that much.
Guild shop
I clear the whole shop BUT Mystic Stone Mystic Stone Description Currency used for unlocking character specialties . If you have spare currency before the weekly reset, get them.
When it comes to 
Fated Legacy Fated Legacy Description Collect 50 to guarantee a 5-star character summon. and Inherited Will Inherited Will Description Collect 50 to guarantee a 5-star pet summon. , I buy them only when I have spare currency since they’re kinda expensive and you need 50 of them.
Colosseum shop
I clear the whole shop BUT Basic Book of Experience Basic Book of Experience Description Character level-up material. Sources AdventureXP Dungeon . This depends on your PvP rank.
Soul shop
This shop changes a lot depending how you play the game. I personally buy:
- Character selector ticket (1 per month WITH GOLD SOULS)
- Skill Page Skill Page Description Character skill upgrade material Sources Exchange Shop (only new players if needed. Long term you don’t need many skill books)
- Golden Compass: Stonehenge Golden Compass: Stonehenge Description A magical compass that can charge Stonehenge's time. (only if you care about progression and can afford them)
I buy 
Gold Soul Gold Soul Description Can be acquired by tapping the Succession button in the Transcend tab after acquiring additional fragments after a character / pet awakening. on the mileage shop since it’s cheaper to convert them that way.
There’s also a character and pet multi here, get them every monthly reset.
Mileage shop
Similar to the soul shop, this changes a lot depending on what YOU want. I personally buy:

New Year Eve Bell New Year Eve Bell Description A special bell that can be given to Karen in town to enter the Secret Cown Dungeon. Sources LabyrinthExchange Shop only when you have extra mileage
