This stat only works if the boss has passive skills giving him damage reduction. If not, it's useless.

First character in the game with cooldown reduction. Automatically makes ALL your units stronger by letting them spam skills more consisntently. This includes healers, supports, tanks and damage dealers
Best damage dealer in the game regardless of element and team composition at the time of her release. Her Ultimate Mark allows her to deal HUGE amounts of damage while also reducing her own active skill cooldown even further
Her cooldown reduction allows characters to use their skills at the beginning of the stage, even if the enemies are offscreen. This works on PVP too for some reason 💀
