Weapon (Infinity Staff for bosses. Mix of ATK% and Crit DMG% the rest of the content.)

Rune, Armor & Trinket (Anything that can give her more ATK% or HP%. Mirror Armor is really good)

Specialties (HP% is better but ATK% still works, depends how many stones you are willing to use. I would not recommend going Crit DMG)

About Ignore Damage Reduction %

This stat only works if the boss has passive skills giving him damage reduction. If not, it's useless.

Avalon, Reincarnation of Stars and Raids usually all have this passive, but always double check to make sure.

Pros & Cons

Even if she is a healer, best damage dealer for campaign thanks to her clear speed and damage output (as long as you can keep up her shield)
Pretty straightforward character to build, since you can get both ATK and HP and either will help increase her damage and heals
First healer you can build with Crit DMG. To clarify on this, heals CAN'T CRIT but the basic attack itself on the enemy can
Allows to run really safe team compositions while still having great damage output (full support team with your main DPS being Lueira)

Her damage is non-existent if you can't keep up a shield up for her passive Razor Barrier to proc and she becomes a basic healer
No dedicated healer buffer (if that ever will exist, similar to Galahad and Dian) so her damage ceiling is lower compared to proper DPS units
