You want to prioritize the event figurine over everything else. Sources of Reputation in Trickcal are finite in their nature, and you would not want to miss out on any extras along the way.
What can be a better offer for gacha players than more gambling?
Extremely low price, only offset by as low of a supply, makes gacha tickets your second priority.

Do not be discouraged by having to gamble less; that merely means you can gamble more elsewhere. Event character apostle certificates can be of immediate use to some players, while being an investment into the distant future for others.
They shouldn't be skipped unless you absolutely hate the character. But here again, who would hate cuteness itself?
Even though Pastels lose to Stones in terms of efficiency, there are several factors pushing them above, namely the uncertain nature of pastel drops, the limited supply of Star Candy, and the inevitable loss of Stones with every release of gear ranks.
Same as the Ultra Pastels, with the addition of this version being even more valuable for spenders since there is always a lack of Epic Pastels.
With that said, Stones remain a great pick for any player either investing in gear enhancement or planning on doing that in the future.

After all those mostly objective priority picks, we finally get to ambiguous ones. Buying out the whole supply of T2 Fab Lab components will save you time on A-Club deployments.
Is this something worth using Candy for? That is for you, the Master, to decide.
The limited supply of Gold comes as the first "inefficient" offer. Nevertheless, it still provides the Master an opportunity to convert Candy into Star Candy with a slight loss, while retaining full advantage of Master's level grind. Whether it is worth consideration is for the Master to decide.
The Event Lobby Adventure Button does not provide any meaningful power progression to the player account, landing it this low on the priority list. Nevertheless, do not feel obliged to follow it to the letter. I, myself, prioritize it way higher just for collection's sake.
If you bought out the entire shop's limited supply and somehow ended up here, you have a glaring issue in your resource management skills this guide can't help with.
