CUBES

Resilience or True Damage are the best options to run for extra damage, but she is a buffer for most players, so I would stick with faster reload times (Resilience).
OL GEAR
CP padding, it does not matter what she gets since we only care about her skill 2. If you build her as a DPS: Elemental DMG and ATK. Crit lines as filler. No need for max ammo capacity since she is switching weapon on burst.
Solo Raid Usage
This is based on the top 50 players of all NIKKE servers combined. Data is from enikk.app, check their website for a lot more raid data.
Pros & Cons
- Strongest True Damage buffer at the time of her release, making those units hit a lot harder thanks to her skill 2
- Cheap to build as a support unit since you only care about her skill 2, no need to bother with gear or the other skills
- At the time of her release, there are just not enough True Damage characters to take advantage of her kit (only 3 actually worth using as DPS)
- Since her skill 2 is 15 second cooldown with different timers for the debuff and buff, it's a lot of RNG to align them with full burst to fully take advantage of them
- Using her limits team compositions quite a bit, since you are stuck with specific buffers (mostly Ada Wong) and need to make sure your CDR unit also provides good burst generation
Extra notes
When it comes to skill levels, skill 1 and burst stay at level 4 unless you build her as a DPS. If that's the case, you can take them both to 7.
