Skill recommendations
Build
CUBES
Your highest level cube so she can get more stats for her buffs. Resilience and Bastion are the usual pick for most players.
OL GEAR
Support build: outside higher stats for her burst buffs, it does not matter what lines she gets. Sub DPS build: the usual Elemental DMG, ATK and max ammo capacity to increase her damage output.
Solo Raid Usage
This is based on the top 50 players of all NIKKE servers combined. Data is from enikk.app, check their website for a lot more raid data.
Pros & Cons
- Any character with the new standard for CDR (7.49 seconds) it's automatically a great unit and usable on all content, even with bad kits like Soline: Frost Ticket
- Moran provides not only the CDR, but really useful buffs on her burst while also reducing everyone's damage taken
- For most PVE content her taunt is not a problem thanks to her own HP recovery and massive HP buffs on skill 2
- Her HP recovery is non existant outside of full burst, so if you are not careful, her taunt can actually get her killed
Extra notes
Skill 1 investment depends if you build her as sub DPS or purely as a support unit. I don't think it's worth investing too much there unless she is your waifu. Personally, her support build is already good enough.
