CUBES

Since she wants to avoid max ammo capacity, go for Resilience, the usual suspect. Rupture can work for the extra True DMG too depending on level.
OL GEAR
Elemental damage, ATK and hit rate take priority. Hit rate is nice when she's not bursting since Assault Rifles tend to miss quite a lot of core shots. Crit lines can be used as fillers for more damage. PLEASE AVOID MAX AMMO CAPACITY.

Pros & Cons
- Great plug and play damage dealer for elemental content that has consistent damage output and also buffs other units
- She's a modern last bullet unit. Biggest difference with characters like Summer Anis is that she is not bricked if you get max ammo capacity and you suddenly don't have more rocks to reroll
- True damage went from a meme to actually having a few units to pick from. Jill is added to this list as one of the strongest with Vesti: Tactical Upgrade
- Outside elemental content loses a lot of damage and is not worth using compared to characters like Mihara or Ludmommy as a debuffer
- If you get more than 9 max ammo, you have to manually reload to make sure all your attacks get buffed by skill 1 (yes, it's a con, I'm a filthy auto player)
- Her sustain damage feels out of place and harder to scale considering she fits way better on true damage teams. This is more nitpicking rather than an actual negative side, since it makes it cheaper to invest in her (skill 2)
