CUBES

Short reload time already, so you can use Bastion instead of Resilience.
OL GEAR
Basic DPS stats. Elemental damage and max ammo capacity priority since she gets so much ATK already. After that, crit and ATK lines as fillers.
Solo Raid Usage
This is based on the top 50 players of all NIKKE servers combined. Data is from enikk.app, check their website for a lot more raid data.
Pros & Cons
- Plug and play elemental buffer making water units hit harder
- Easy and cheap character to build since she just needs elemental damage and max ammo capacity. You can leave her skills at level 7 since the ROI of going higher is nonexistent for most players
- Even with her absurd ATK buff percentage, her damage is underwhelming compared to the other water girls
- Without core, it takes around 40–45 seconds to fully stack her skill 2 and the current units that can duplicate stacks do not help
- Continuous damage is not sustained damage, Shift Up’s wording as usual is quite confusing and makes no sense
