About Ignore Damage Reduction %
This stat only works if the boss has passive skills giving him damage reduction. If not, it's useless.
Avalon, Reincarnation of Stars and Raids usually all have this passive, but always double check to make sure.

Pros & Cons
- Permanent uptime on a lot of her buffs, including ATK for the team, Crit chance for herself and also healing received reduction on active skill for all enemies, making her a fantastic sub DPS with plenty of utility
- First fear dispenser we actually have in the game with proper usage when it comes to characters, since Circe is... not the best, let's say
- Good damage output for a sub DPS character. Nothing crazy compared to Eva or Tiamat, but as more Wizards get released she will see an increase on usage on all types of content
- Funny enough, even if she's used mostly on Wizard compositions, you can run her as a Palamedes support thanks to the fear or on compositions where CC is needed
- At the time of her release, there are just not enough Wizard meta characters to justify running Estheria on those compositions over any of the current setups we have
- Healing received reduction is only worth using on specific bosses and tower stages, but it's almost mandatory on some gimmick stages, making this kind of a pro and con at the same time
- Outside specific bosses and stages with enemies that heal a lot, her buff and fear are not enough for general content compared to other meta characters
