OL Gear: No worth to OL, but if you do, she doesn’t benefit from any specific substat. You can go for the usual max ammo capacity and charge speed since she is a RL.

Pros & Cons

Her buff % numbers are just too low for a 40-second burst 2 making it super hard to justify bringing her on any team
Damage share finds zero usage on PVE, making Bay another PVP only focused unit that is not meta even there
Her damage taken decreased buff for allies is only 9% every other rotation
Her cover repair (max cover HP increased) is not even good enough since it’s also only can be used every 40 seconds
