OL Gear: Low priority to OL. Max ammo capacity and charge speed are her only desirable lines. Elemental damage is always good but she is not a DPS.

Pros & Cons

Biggest Attack and Attack damage buffs in the game (but ONLY works with electro units that reduce full burst time)
Raids keep getting more team options thanks to units like these for players who don't have a full roster, something that's good long term
Pretty cheap to build, she doesn't even need OL gear and can be left at 7/7/4 for most content. Recommended to 7 all her skills for raids

She can only be paired with Isabel at the time of her release, there are no other electro units reducing full burst time
Instead of releasing treasures for bad units, Shift Up keeps releasing characters like this which is not a real solution to the core issue of underwhelming characters
Outside of bosses, there's no real usage for her and Isabel. Build them only if you care about raids
