Skill recommendations
Build
CUBES

Since she’s shooting 1 bullet on burst and low ammo capacity anyway, you want to go Resilience and avoid Bastion or Adjutant.
OL GEAR
Avoid getting max ammo capacity. Go for ATK and Elemental DMG. Crit is a good filler line (both rate and damage). Hit rate is not as important since the bulk of her damage comes from her missiles.
Pros & Cons
- Insane damage for a limited unit that can compete with most meta DPS characters in the game at the time of her release
- Enables other electric NIKKE to do even more damage, making her a must-have for elemental content and even some campaign stages
- Skill 2 missile does not care about distance to the enemy making its damage kind of broken over a 3-minute fight
- Limited unit, if you are not playing in summer you will have to wait a year (or more depending when Shift Up wants to rerun her)
Synergies & notes
Make sure you avoid getting max ammo capacity on her gear or pair her with units that can buff ammo.
Burst at level 9+ is required to shot a rocket every shot (last bullet proc), otherwise she will have 2 ammo or more depending on the team composition.
